TAKE A SLOW STROLL ALONG OUR GARDEN PATH
Look what can be noticed if you dont RUSH in or out of our building! There was a golden orb spider in the very centre, but by the time I grabbed the iPhone, it had pounced on a prey.. Still the beauty of the web sunkissed and moistened by the morning air, was a sight to behold
PLEASE STOP TO SMELL THE ROSES
A number of our roses are especailly fragrant- Peace, Blue Moon, Ambridge rose, Papa Meilland. Do pause when they are in flower- they are amazing ! Currently, the summer heat has scorced quite a few blooms, so they are not so specatular.

WELL-BEING PROVIDORES
THE HENS ARE LAYING SLOWLY AGAIN.As the majority of our hens are pure breed, they slow down often. ( Summer time if it's very hot, if clucky , or sitting, Winter when it's cold!!) The more Isa Browns we collect, the better the chance of year round eggs. You may collect fresh free-range eggs, collected from thehappy hens at “The Glen”. When slowed down, please ring ahead to see if there are eggs (0417 036 153). When plentiful, please look in the fridge to collect them –it’s a bit too warm when the heating's on to leave them in the waiting room. (Pic - Rooster looking after the flock while they rest a while in the summer heat- the Black & White hen is an Ancona, the rooster an Americana, and the grey hen with her head tucked under her wing is also an Americana, Isa Browns and a light sussex also partially visible).

HOMOEOPATHY and MUSKULOSKELETAL WELL BEING?
Many people are aware of acupuncture, osteopathy or chiropractic to manage musculoskeletal pain. You may not be aware of the role that homoeopathy can provide in this area. Did you know that David Beckham and Martina Navratilova are two well-known super sports stars that have used homoeopathy? It can be used for acute sports or work injuries, minor accidents or acute flare-ups of chronic conditions, such as arthritis, chronic exhaustions and autoimmune disorders. Our Homoeopath, Alana Kidd, has a detailed pamphlet that can be collected from the clinic with more detail. 0403 740 064
