TAKE A SLOW STROLL ALONG OUR GARDEN PATH

Look what can be noticed if you dont RUSH in or out of our building! There was a golden orb spider in the very centre, but by the time I grabbed the iPhone, it had pounced on a prey.. Still the beauty of the web sunkissed and moistened by the morning air, was a sight to behold

PLEASE STOP TO SMELL THE ROSES

A number of our roses are especailly fragrant- Peace, Blue Moon, Ambridge rose, Papa Meilland. Do pause when they are in flower- they are amazing !

CHINESE MEDICINE

Shelley is available in Castlemaine one day a week (Monday or Wednesday) and alternating Saturdays. Full dispensary is still available on the day in Daylesford

WELL-BEING PROVIDORES

THE HENS ARE LAYING AGAIN. You may collect fresh free-range eggs, collected from the happy hens at “The Glen”. Please look in the fridge to collect them –it’s a bit too warm to leave them in the heated waiting room. (Rooster looking after the flock while they raid the fallow no dig vege bed).

The herbal dispensary stocks some items for self-help as well as prescribed formulas and hard to get grocery items.... In stock are liniments and plasters for musculosketal pain, Excel glucosomine or magnesium supplement for joints and muscles, ear candles for sinus and ear troubles; and cold, flu and cough remedies for self help. If you know what you want and reception is unattended, please take what you need, and payment with a note in the honor box detailing what you took. If you don't know what you need, please make an appointment with the Chinese medicine practitioner for more professional help.

If you have a need for a particular grocery item we don't stock, please leave us a note to see if we can get it for you.

HOMOEOPATHY and MUSKULOSKELETAL WELL BEING?

Many people are aware of acupuncture, osteopathy or chiropractic to manage musculoskeletal pain. You may not be aware of the role that homoeopathy can provide in this area. Did you know that David Beckham and Martina Navratilova are two well-known super sports stars that have used homoeopathy? It can be used for acute sports or work injuries, minor accidents or acute flare-ups of chronic conditions, such as arthritis, chronic exhaustions and autoimmune disorders. Our Homoeopath, Alana Kidd, has a detailed pamphlet that can be collected from the clinic with more detail. 0403 740 064
