Janet is a Psychologist with over 15 years experience counselling people with a variety of issues. She uses a client-focused approach which is adaptive to the needs of the individual, and she often integrates aspects of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness, Meditation and Yoga Psychology in her counselling.
Janet has had particular experience in working with people with Depression, Anxiety, Eating Disorders, Weight Management and Body Image issues.
Janet is also a Yoga and Meditation Teacher.
