Embody Yoga is an integrative approach to mind-body wellbeing which is based on the ancient teachings of Yoga.
In Yogic Philosophy, mind, body, and spirit are considered as one, intrinsically linked and part of a greater whole. The patterns of daily life may cause us to become fragmented and to lose sight of this sense of wholeness, which causes us to suffer – physically and emotionally.
Embody Yoga classes, workshops and therapies offer you an opportunity to return to your true nature, in this body… this breath… this moment.
Embody Yoga is run by Principal Teacher Janet Lowndes, with regular classes taught by teachers from the Daylesford area. Regular workshops and courses are also conducted by local and visiting Teachers.
The Embody Yoga studio can be found nestled in the trees just behind the main DHP practitioner building.
